Broccoli with Cherry Tomatoes

Ingredients...

1 1/2 - 2lb Broccoli 3 tbsps olive oil 1/2 tsp whole cumin seeds 1 large clove garlic, finely chopped 1/4 onion peeled and chopped 4 tbsps chicken stock 1/2 lb cherry tomatoes, halved

Instructions...

1) Cut the broccoli into florets, you should have about 1 lb of florets.Heat oil in wok over a medium high flame. When hot put in cumin seeds. A few seconds later add garlic and onion. Stir for a few seconds.

2) Put in the broccoli and salt. Stir until broccoli turns bright green. Add chicken broth. Cover, turn heat to medium and cook for 2-3 minutes until done but still crispy.

3) Uncover wok, raise heat to dry out the liquid. Add tomatoes. Stir fry for 30 seconds and serve.
